To Cancel an Existing Membership
(Gold, Silver, Bronze)
1. Log in to your account from a web browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Edge
2. Click “My Profile” / “Passes & Memberships”
3. Uncheck the box next to “auto renew” for the package you’d like to cancel:
To Place Your Membership on Hold
(Gold, Silver, Bronze)
1. All membership Hold requests must include your name and specific start and end dates.
2. You’ll receive email confirmation when your Hold request has been processed, usually within 2-3 days.
